Just steps away from Place de la Madeleine in Paris, the new Luca Faloni store takes shape—a space designed to convey the excellence of Italian design through a refined and contemporary architectural language. Spanning two levels, the boutique stands out for its use of Canaletto walnut paneling and cabinetry, resin flooring, and an industrial-style ceiling, striking a perfect balance between material richness and understated elegance.
On the ground floor, visitors are welcomed by a striking mirrored wood paneling that frames the entrance steps. In the window display, a sculpted platform in fluted Canaletto walnut and Carrara marble offers a preview of the store’s material story. Custom-designed central islands combine hanging and folded garment displays with integrated green plant inserts. The lacquered cash desk, topped with Calcite Azzurra marble, includes a retractable surface to ensure accessibility for customers with disabilities. The tailoring area is marked by mirrored paneling and a second lacquered counter, also featuring a Calcite Azzurra marble top. Open wardrobes are equipped with a back-integrated rail system, allowing for flexible configurations with Canaletto walnut and Carrara marble shelves, brushed stainless steel hanging bars, and matching drawer units.
Upstairs, the fitting room is enclosed within a freestanding curved wall that complements the carpeted floor and backlit Barrisol ceiling. A lacquered bar counter with a Calcite Azzurra marble top sits alongside a wall unit that discreetly conceals a compact kitchen behind mirrored paneling. Completing the space are a built-in bench in fluted Canaletto walnut with a brushed stainless steel plinth, a sculpted column with recessed steel shelves, and mirrored display units with inclined tops designed to reflect the façade of the Madeleine church. A large LED wall and a billiard table turn the act of shopping into an immersive experience that blends aesthetics, comfort, and lifestyle.
