L’Exotique

L’Exotique is an exclusive residence located at the western entrance of the Principality of Monaco, in the Jardin Exotique district. Designed by architects Rudy Ricciotti and Fabrice Notari, this structure represents a perfect blend of elegance, innovation, and sustainability. The building is an integral part of the urban planning project “Entrée de Ville Ouest Supérieure”, a major initiative aimed at improving mobility and accessibility in Monaco.

Hi Contract oversaw the interior design of the residence, managing the furnishing of the apartments as well as the setup of offices and common areas. The apartments feature refined and luminous spaces, with high-end finishes and carefully selected materials to ensure maximum living comfort. Large glass windows overlook the sea and Monaco’s Rock, offering an unparalleled view. The offices and communal areas have been designed with a functional yet elegant aesthetic, meeting the modern demands of the professional world.

L’Exotique spans seven residential levels and also includes office and commercial spaces, integrating multiple functions within a single structure. The complex features a multi-story parking facility, a police station, and the Point Accueil Marchandises (PAM), a logistics center of approximately 1,500 square meters.
