The project of Porzio Coffee was born from the concept of a place designed to give a moment of pure relaxation and pleasure in the heart of the city of Treviso. With its clear and relaxing tones, the welcoming and serene environment invites customers to stop and enjoy a moment of refreshing pause.
The bar counter is clad in red slate stone and catches the eye with its unique textured material, creating an intriguing visual experience emphasized by the surrounding light. The back counter with burnished metal structures and mirror with glass shelves adds depth to the space. The bar room has been covered with monochromatic porcelain stoneware tiles: the chalk striped surfaces absorb the light, giving a distinctive aesthetic value and a refined and contemporary atmosphere. The relaxa corner is recognizable and distinctive thanks to its suspended seats and the neon writing personalized with the motto of the local “S’adda sapè fa”, (“you must know how to do”, in Neapolitan dialect) offering an original space, young and playful. The carefully distributed green plants transform the space into a welcoming and pleasant urban oasis. The bathroom area has also been designed with attention to detail: the checkerboard floor adds a touch of timeless elegance, while the presence of large mirrors optically enlarges the space.
The choice of lighting fell on handmade lights made of terracotta paper clay that underline the respect for nature and for the raw material, helping to create a welcoming and authentic setting inside the room.
